Ownership of apartments in Vietnam by foreigners in contributing capital or purchasing shares or stakes in Vietnamese companies
There are several ways that foreign investors can own allowed apartments in Vietnam, including buying apartments directly from construction project investors, purchasing from foreign individuals or organizations and investing in project-based housing construction in Vietnam….
